Our Professional Snagging Inspector, David, is highly experienced with over 18 years industry experience in the house building sector.
David holds a 1st class Honours Degree in Construction Management & Engineering as well as a 1st class Masters Degree in Engineering. Additionally, David is a registered Chartered Building Surveyor and Fellow of CABE (Chartered Association of Building Engineers) and a Chartered Construction Manager with the CIOB (Chartered Institute of Building).
David uses his practical and theoretical knowledge to give the best possible service to clients when completing a snag list.
- Customer service
SnagSurv's main focus is on ensuring the client gets a quality high new home. We have the knowledge, skills and experience to create detailed quality Snag Reports within a 48 hour time frame. If time is critical, a 24 hour time frame can be agreed with the purchaser.
This timely report enables the builder to rectify all issues promptly and handover to the client a home finished to a high standard.
- Drone Inspection
One of the additional niche offerings by SnagSurv is our use of our DJI Mavic Drone to check out the higher areas of buidings usually hard to see from the ground. Equipped with a 4k HD camera, we fly our drone up to inspect chimneys, slipped slates/tiles, guttering, flat roofs, etc.
Additionally, most home owners appreciate some aerial shots and videos of their new home, giving a birdseye view of the positioning on site and surrounding views.
